3 Account Registration

To open an account on mk33, users must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false information during registration may result in account cancellation.
3.2 One Person, One Account
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is not permitted and may result in suspension or cancellation of all related accounts. Any bonuses received through multiple accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Updating Information
If a user's personal details change (such as phone number or address), please notify the mk33 support team as soon as possible. mk33 will not be held responsible for any transaction complications arising from outdated information.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Account Security

mk33 will not be held responsible if a third party accesses your account or unauthorized transactions occur, unless it is proven that mk33 itself was responsible for the account breach.
5 Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on the mk33 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method).
5.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. The time taken to complete a withdrawal depends on the method and banking hours.
5.3 Payment Verification
mk33 reserves the right to verify any financial transaction. In the case of suspicious transactions, additional information may be requested and the transaction may be temporarily placed on hold.
5.4 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on the mk33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New users on mk33 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 total must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings.
6.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games on mk33.
- While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be activated.
- If a bonus is not used within the specified period, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Direct withdrawal from a bonus balance is not possible; withdrawal is only available after the wagering requirements have been met.
- mk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.
6.4 Bonus Abuse
If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, mk33 may suspend the relevant account and forfeit all bonus-related winnings.
7 Game & Betting Rules
7.1 Fair Play
All games on mk33 are operated on the basis of fair play. Game outcomes are determined using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, free from any external influence.
7.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own betting limits, which are displayed in that game's lobby. Users may contact mk33 support to set their own personal betting limits.
7.3 Technical Issues
If a connection is lost mid-game or a technical issue occurs for any reason, mk33 will review the game logs and take appropriate action. mk33 reserves the right to void abnormal winnings displayed due to a technical error.
7.4 Sports Betting
The markets and odds provided in the sports betting section are given as general examples. mk33 itself provides information on real event outcomes and live or upcoming matches, and these are subject to change.
8 VIP Program
mk33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming and betting activity. mk33 reserves the right to modify or revise VIP benefits, and users will be notified of any changes in a timely manner.
9 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mk33 platform:
- Fraudulent activity or money laundering.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Playing games using automated bots or software.
- Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion or coordinated cheating with other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security or systems.
Any user found to be involved in the above prohibited activities will have their account immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited.
10 Limitation of Liability
mk33 accepts limited liability for the following:

12 Amendments & Termination

Users may request to close their account at any time through mk33 support. Available balance may be withdrawn before account closure; however, any bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.
